Terms of Service
Welcome to Ttt Productions LLC. By accessing our website and using our video, photo, and media production services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the professional relationship between Ttt Productions LLC and its clients.
1. Scope of Services
Ttt Productions LLC provides media production services, including but not limited to video production, photography, post-production (editing, color, sound, motion graphics), live or event coverage, creative direction, and delivery of finished files in agreed formats. Specific deliverables, schedules, and fees are set out in a separate proposal, estimate, Service Agreement, or Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Client Obligations
To help us deliver on schedule, the client agrees to:
- Provide timely access to locations, talent releases, brand guidelines, and reference materials needed for the shoot or edit.
- Supply or approve scripts, shot lists, and music or stock licensing decisions when applicable.
- Review cuts and provide consolidated feedback within the agreed review windows to avoid schedule drift.
3. Payment Terms
Services are typically billed per project milestone or as stated in your agreement. All invoices issued by Ttt Productions LLC are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payment may delay delivery of finals, master files, or additional rounds of revision until the account is current.
4. Creative Outcomes & Third Parties
While Ttt Productions LLC applies professional standards and clear creative process, final audience reception, platform performance, or third-party behavior (for example distribution platforms, venues, or weather) cannot be guaranteed. Any sample metrics or timelines on our website are illustrative unless expressly written into your contract.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the finished deliverables passes to the client upon full payment of amounts due for those deliverables. Ttt Productions LLC may retain rights to internal methods, templates, and generic toolchains. Raw footage handling (including whether it is archived and for how long) should be confirmed in your project agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Ttt Productions LLC and the client agree to maintain reasonable confidentiality of non-public business information, unreleased creative materials, and project communications shared during the engagement, subject to professional needs and applicable law.
7. Term & Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the individual contract (often with written notice). Upon termination, Ttt Productions LLC will cooperate on an orderly wind-down, delivery of paid work product, and return or deletion of materials as agreed, provided all amounts due are settled.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ttt Productions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from production or post-production services, including lost profits, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
9. Modifications to Terms
Ttt Productions LLC may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service where permitted.
